Refunds & Returns

  • We offer a Free Return service on eligible products. 
  • We will have a 'Free Return' icon on the product details page. With 'Free Return' service, you get an extra 15 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition, complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. It's easy and fast
  • You could return items locally and easily: Get the return code or the return label, Go to the designated logistics company's service point to complete the return and wait for the local warehouse to receive your returned parcel.
  • Please Remember to send an email to support@highstreetpop.com with the subject line 'Return Goods" with the order number, while opening the dispute. An example is 'ORDER NUMBER #HSP100 - RETURN GOODS'.
  • A refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
  • It is free for you to return the parcel to the designated local return address.
    Note: You can only enjoy a one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
  • In addition, not all products on Highstreetpop include the Free Return service. We have the right to choose whether or not to offer this extra service on our products. The products that are eligible for the Free Return service will have a label or icon on their product details page confirming this service is available.

Returns/Refunds

  • Highstreetpop is dedicated to our customer's 100% satisfaction.
  • We offer very Easy Returns to our Returns Department situated in Sarasota Florida USA. Please contact our Customer Service at support@highstreetpop.com for more information.
  • We will issue a FULL REFUND if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt.
  • Returned product must be in brand new condition with all packaging enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • Beyond 30 days the Returned product is subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be returned with shipping borne by the buyer prepaid. Shortages or Claims must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving products.

Defective Merchandise

    • It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your packages.
    • The only way to be certain is to fully unpack and examine the contents carefully before signing. Legally, by applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item and it is in good condition.
    • We have no recourse when the item is signed for, any later claim for un-noticed ("hidden/concealed”) damage must be filed by you with FedEx/UPS/USPS.
    • Many times it is a common practice by FedEx to leave packages on your doorstep if no one is available for signature. Again, please inspect the package by fully unpacking and examining the contents.
    • If you notice damage to the product during your inspection, please email support@highstreetpop.com so that we can assist you with the claim.
    • All Returned Items must be sent to our warehouse situated in Sarasota Florida, USA.
    • Claims must be filed within 5 days after receipt. Please email our customer service department immediately and we will issue a return goods authorization (RMA) form if the claim is made within the time frame stated.
